Refund Policy

We want you to love your ArcaneLayer purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@arcanelayer.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged at no additional cost. Contact us at hello@arcanelayer.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error on your order.
