Processing Time

All orders are printed and processed within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Free shipping on all US orders over $30
• Standard shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
• Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): available at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@arcanelayer.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
